Return Policy

Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

1. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product arrives damaged.
• Incorrect product is delivered.
• Product has significant manufacturing defects.

2. Return Request Period

Customers must report return requests within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Evidence Requirement

Customers must provide the following:

• Unboxing video
• Product photographs
• Packaging photographs
• Order number

4. Return Condition

Returned products must:

• Remain unused.
• Be in original packaging.
• Include all accessories, labels, and tags.

5. Return Approval

All returns require prior approval from The Pokaran Pottery.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer.

6. Replacement Preference

Wherever feasible, a replacement product will be offered before a refund is processed.

7. Return Shipping

For approved claims arising from our error or transit damage, return shipping costs shall be borne by The Pokaran Pottery.
