Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production, packing, or shipment has not commenced.

Cancellation requests must be sent to: support@pokaranpottery.com

2. Customized Products

Orders for customized, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall be issued only under the following circumstances:

Product received damaged during transit.
Incorrect product delivered.
Product unavailable after order confirmation.
Order cancelled by The Pokaran Pottery.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be issued for:

Change of mind.
Minor variations in handmade products.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refusal to accept delivery.
Delayed delivery caused by courier services.
Natural handmade texture or color variations.
Products damaged after delivery.
Improper handling or misuse.
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

        Handmade imperfections are part of the artisanal nature of the
        product and shall not be considered defects.
    

International Orders

For international shipments, if a parcel is returned, refused, marked as RTO (Return to Origin), or damaged during transit, The Pokaran Pottery reserves the right to deduct:

Forward shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Customs duties
Courier handling fees

These deductions may be applied to the refundable amount. No separate charges shall be applied for the packaging box or the damaged clay products themselves.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days.

The actual credit timeline depends on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the error is attributable to The Pokaran Pottery.
