If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can easily return or exchange the product through our website or app.

Before raising a return/exchange request, please ensure the following:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition.
• The return/exchange request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• We accept requests in cases of quality, size, colour, or design mismatch, or if any item is missing/wrong in a combo order.
• Please hand over the correct product as per the AWB and Order Number .
• Don’t forget to collect the pickup slip or confirmation SMS for your records.
