For COD Orders:

Once your returned product is picked up, we’ll initiate the refund to your registered bank account within 2–3 working days.
If you haven’t updated your bank details yet, please visit the Account Section on The Pokaran Pottery to add them.

For Prepaid Orders:

Refunds for cancelled or returned prepaid orders will be processed directly to your original payment method within 5–8 working days.
