The steps to cancel an order are as follows-

• Go to 'Orders'
• Select the order that you want to cancel
• Click on 'Cancel'
• Select your reason for cancelling the order (you can add additional comments if you want)
• Click on 'CANCEL PRODUCT'

Your order will be cancelled successfully.

However, if the order is already dispatched then the order can not be cancelled. In such a case, you can deny your order at the time of delivery.
